The Lennoxville Curling Club has curling ice available for rental during the season for individuals and/or groups wishing to hold their own event. Although there are a limited number of dates and time slots available due to league and tournament commitments we will endeavour to accommodate group outings requesting ice.
So that we can arrange volunteers to help with group rentals, we ask that you book your time well in advance (more than 7 days).
Payment is required at the time of booking and responsibility for his/her group is assumed by the individual signing the contract.

Children under the age of 10 years ARE NOT permitted on the ice UNLESS agreed to in advance by the Club Manager.
General Rental agreement
- If the Rental group is late, then the time lost will be charged against period of the rental
- If the Rental group arrives with more people than agreed upon then there will be an extra charge of $25 per person if space is available otherwise the extra persons will not be allowed to play.
- The Renter will be billed for any damages to the facilities and/or equipment belonging to the Lennoxville Curling Club
- All areas of the club must be left in the same condition as they were found.
° Garbage must be picked up, tables wiped clean, decorations removed, etc…
General Rules
- All outside boots and shoes must be removed at the front door - bring slippers or non-outdoor shoes and put them on at the entry!!
- Children of all ages must be supervised at all times both in the Clubhouse and on the ice
- Children under that age of 13 should have a helmet.
- All alcoholic beverages must be served under the Lennoxville Curling Club license
- The ice shed must be supervised by a club supervisor(s);
- No outside shoes are allowed on the curling ice. All curlers must bring clean soft sole shoes.
- No food is allowed in the ice shed
- Drinks are restricted to the shelves provided
- Rocks must remain on the ice at all times. No lifting of rocks!
- No hands, fingers or knees resting on the ice are permitted.
- Absolutely no laying down on the ice - i.e. doing snow angels!!
- No running!
